A 4x4 vehicle is needed to access this property. As you enter the property, you have two open guest parking spaces to your right and two shaded parking spaces to your left for residents.
As you enter the house, you have a beautiful open-plan kitchen to your right. Moving further through the kitchen, you will find the laundry/scullery room as well as a small guest bathroom.
Going left from the entrance takes you into the living room, which has loads of natural light and is in the same open plan as the kitchen. Continuing left from the living room, you will pass through a hallway with built-in bookshelves and into the bedroom, which is spacious and also has loads of natural light coming in, as well as an en suite bathroom.
If we walk straight through the entrance, we will reach the back door, which leads out to the patio. The patio has a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and greenery. Going down from the patio, we can see the garden, and going further, we arrive at the outdoor braai and entertainment area, which boasts gorgeous views and gives an "off the grid" feeling to all nature lovers.
